The 8th MC CATALOGUE User Group meeting

The 8th MC CATALOGUE User Group Meeting was held in the beautiful city of Edinburgh in Scotland on 24th May 2010. The agenda included sharing users experience with the practical everyday usage of MC CATALOGUE and a discussion about uniform approach to requirements for new functionalities.
MC CATALOGUE users expressed overall satisfaction with this codification tool as well as high satisfaction with services provided by AURA.

AURA representatives made participants acquainted with innovations in a new version of MC CATALOGUE and introduced pilot projects for codification according to the eOTD and ISO 8000/22745 standards. In addition they presented new services offered by AURA and revealed the plans and visions for the future development of MC CATALOGUE, the leading-edge codification tool according to the standards of the NATO Codification System and newly also according to the standards of ISO 8000/22745.
The meeting joined besides the MC CATALOGUE User Group members also observers from nations interested in MC CATALOGUE.
